  §    Distribute bouquets and pin on corsages and boutonnieres

  §    Greet guests and direct them to the ceremony area

  §    Line up bridal party for processional and cue them when it’s time to walk down aisle

  §    Cue the ceremony musicians

  §    Direct guests to the reception after the ceremony

  §    Pack up ceremony items and transfer them to the reception

  §    Greet guests as they arrive at the reception and take cards and gifts to the gift table

  §    Assist guests in finding their tables for dinner

  §    Bustle the bride’s gown after formal pictures are complete

  §    Line up bridal party for introductions into the reception

  §    Supervise the cake cutting, toasts and grace

  §    Communicate with the catering staff to coordinate dinner service

§    Coordinate the traditional dances, including first dance, bridal party dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, anniversary dance, etc.

§    Pack up the wedding cards and gifts at the end of the night, including all of the set-up items, and deliver to the designated family member or friend

  §    Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
